Dear Parents,
We will behaving mandatory parent meetings for parents with students 6th-8th grade classes. The meetings designed to teach parents & staff about drugs, and alcohol prevention and awareness. Guest speakers and instructors from M.A.N.O (Making Alliances Through Neighborhood Organizing) and “Too Cool for Drugs” will be in attendance.
The approximately one hour long meetings take place on the following dates:
February 17th, 6:00pm: 6th Grade
February 18th, 6:00pm: 7th & 8th Grade
Starting on Friday, February 19th, all 5th-8th grade students will begin a mandatory 8 week Drug and alcohol prevention class.
